FITUR 2026

Proudly selected once again to represent Almería at FITUR, the world’s leading international tourism trade fair. FITUR 2026 was more than just an exhibition. It was the beginning of a shared dialogue about the future of agave, from Sorbas, Almería, to the rest of the world.

With Mexico as the guest country, agave, as a living cultural heritage, took center stage in the international discussion, linked to tradition and recognized for its capacity to generate cultural and tourism experiences, as is already happening in Mexico.

In this context, our work with agave wood sparked genuine interest. The exchange with international audiences, institutions, and Mexican experts opened new perspectives for its derivative products and their international reach.

At the same time, FITUR 2026 strengthened the visibility of our tourism offerings in Sorbas (Almería), boosted interest in our workshops and experiences, and contributed to the development of sustainable cultural tourism centered around agave.
